Eco allows even the deaf people to know when the coffee is ready. It replaces  the standard moka’s knob. Thanks to a metal coated with a thermochromic resin, it gradually changes color upon reaching a specific temperature.

It’s named after the nymph Echo. She was an oread unable to speak in Greek mythology. On the right are presented all the different process prototypes.
